- TapTito - Terms and Conditions Last Updated: August 13, 2026 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TapTito (the "Game"), including gameplay, practice sessions, leaderboard competitions, optional premium access, rewards, account features, and related services operated by Hessar Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). TapTito is designed as a skill-based reaction and timing game. Competition results, leaderboard rankings, and rewards are determined by the player's actual gameplay performance, timing accuracy, reaction speed, and valid recorded survival time. The Game is not intended to be a lottery, betting product, wagering service, raffle, or game of chance. No random draw determines winners. By downloading, installing, creating an account, entering a competition, purchasing optional premium access, or using the Game in any way, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Game.
1. Game Nature and Skill-Based Design
TapTito is a skill-based digital competition. The leaderboard is determined only by valid gameplay performance, not by chance, lottery, betting, wagering, or random selection. All players are subject to the same gameplay rules, scoring logic, timing system, and leaderboard validation process. The competition is structured to reward skill, consistency, timing, and performance.
2. Eligibility and Legal Availability
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Game, create an account, participate in competitions, or receive any reward.
By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that your participation is lawful in your country, province, state, or region. The Game, competitions, premium access, and rewards are void where prohibited or restricted by law. We may limit, suspend, or block participation in any region where we believe legal, platform, payment, tax, fraud, or compliance concerns exist.
3. No Purchase Necessary and Premium Access
No purchase is necessary to download the Game, play the Game, participate in competitions, submit leaderboard records, or be eligible to win a reward. Premium Access: Premium access is optional and only provides additional competition
attempts. It does not guarantee a better score, higher ranking, eligibility, winner status, or any reward. Premium does not change gameplay mechanics, ball speed, scoring logic, or winner selection rules. Players may unlock Premium access for free by spending 30 minutes playing in Stage 3 or higher before the leaderboard begins. Once unlocked through gameplay, the Premium purchase option becomes locked for that day. Premium attempts are not cash, credits, tokens, wallet balance, or transferable value. They cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, transferred, sold, or
redeemed except as optional gameplay access.
4. Competition Structure, Time Zone, and Records
TapTito competitions run on Toronto time (Canada). The daily leaderboard competition opens at 10:00 PM Toronto time and remains open for approximately 30 minutes. Only valid records submitted during the official active competition window are eligible for leaderboard ranking and rewards. Gameplay outside the active competition window may be used for practice but does not count as a leaderboard submission.
The leaderboard is global. Players from all countries compete on a single leaderboard. There are no separate country-specific leaderboards.
If a player creates a new account or logs in while a competition is already live, they cannot participate in that specific competition and must wait for the next competition.
If a player is actively participating in a live competition (even if they have already submitted a record) and logs out of their account, they will be prohibited from continuing in that same competition upon logging back in, regardless of Premium status (whether unlocked by progress or purchase). Any records submitted before logout will remain in the database, but the player will not be able to continue participating in that competition.
5. Accounts, Username, and Restrictions
Each player may create and use only one account. Usernames must be unique and must not impersonate another person or include offensive content. If a player deletes their account, they may not create a new account using the same information for 48 hours. Users who create an account using Apple Sign In will be required to provide a valid alternative email address for winner communication purposes. Creating, using, or benefiting from multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account suspension, removal of records, disqualification, and forfeiture of rewards. Logging out and logging back in during an active competition will result in the player being barred from further participation in that specific competition, even if the player holds Premium status.
6. Leaderboard Review and Anti-Cheat
We may review, validate, adjust, delay, remove, or reject any leaderboard record that appears suspicious, manipulated, or in violation of these Terms. Our decisions regarding record validity, eligibility, disqualification, and winner confirmation are final and binding to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Rewards and Winner Verification
Rewards, if offered, are made available only to confirmed winners. Being listed on the leaderboard identifies a potential winner only.
To become a confirmed winner, a potential winner must successfully complete the following stages:
Stage 1 – Skill-Testing Question
Within 48 hours after the end of the competition, we will send an email from the official game or company email address containing a congratulatory message and a general skill-testing question related to the game world, video games, or gaming consoles.
The potential winner must reply to that email with the correct answer.
Stage 2 – Identity Verification (KYC)
If the correct answer is received, within 24 hours we will send a second email containing a link to complete identity verification (including ID document and liveness check) through our third-party verification provider (Sumsub).
The potential winner must successfully complete the verification process.
Stage 3 – Payment Information
After successful identity verification, within 24 hours we will request the potential winner’s payment details.
- Players located in Canada must provide Canadian bank account details for bank transfer.
- Players located outside Canada must provide a valid PayPal account.
After receiving valid payment information, we will initiate the reward payment within 24 hours.
Time Limits
For each of the three stages above, the potential winner has a maximum of 7 days from the date the relevant email or request is sent to complete the required action. Failure to complete any stage within the 7-day period will result in automatic disqualification from that reward.
Failure at Any Stage
- If an incorrect answer is provided in Stage 1, the potential winner will be notified by email that they have been disqualified from the reward for that competition. They may participate in future competitions.
- Failure to complete Stage 2 (identity verification) or Stage 3 (providing payment details) within the allowed time, or providing incomplete/incorrect information, will also result in disqualification.
Our decisions regarding eligibility, verification, disqualification, and winner confirmation are final and binding to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Reward Payments and Taxes
Confirmed rewards are offered in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Payment method depends on the winner’s location:
- Winners located in Canada will receive payment by bank transfer.
- Winners located outside Canada will receive payment via PayPal.
Winners are solely responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any taxes, reporting obligations, and fees related to receiving a reward.
We are not responsible for payment processing delays, fees, currency conversion issues, or restrictions imposed by PayPal, banks, or other payment providers. Once we have initiated the payment, any delay in the funds reaching the winner is the responsibility of the payment provider, and Hessar Inc. shall not be held liable for such delays.
9. Public Announcements and Social Media
We may publicly announce competition results and related information on our official social media channels for transparency and promotional purposes.
On X (Twitter):
- We may publish the top rankings (including the top 13 players).
- We may announce upcoming prize amounts by rank for future competitions.
- If a potential winner is disqualified at any stage of the verification process (skill-testing question, identity verification, or provision of payment details), including due to failure to respond within the 7-day time limit, we may publicly announce the username and the stage at which the disqualification occurred.
On Instagram:
We may temporarily or permanently share proof that a reward payment has been initiated (for example, a screenshot or confirmation of transfer). Such posts will not include sensitive personal information that could reasonably identify or endanger the individual winner beyond their public username.
By participating in the Game, you acknowledge and agree that your username and competition-related results may be publicly disclosed in the manner described above.
