("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information when you use TapTito (the "Game"), our website, leaderboards, competitions, rewards, support channels, and related services. By using the Game, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Game.

We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate the Game, maintain accounts, run fair competitions, prevent abuse, contact potential winners, verify winners, process rewards, and comply with legal, platform, security, tax, and payment requirements. Account and profile information: name, email address, username, password or authentication method, country or region, age confirmation, and account status. Users who sign in with Apple Sign In are required to provide an alternative email address for winner communication. Gameplay, competition, and anti-cheat information: gameplay records, current run time, best records, attempt counts, premium status, competition window activity, leaderboard submissions, timestamps, device identifiers, IP address, and technical events. Winner verification and payment information: identity documents, liveness verification data, age, country, residence, eligibility information, PayPal account details or bank account details (for Canadian winners), and communications related to rewards. Identity verification is performed through our third-party provider Sumsub.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to operate, secure, improve, and support the Game and to administer competitions and rewards fairly. This includes creating and managing accounts, running gameplay and competitions, detecting and preventing cheating, contacting potential winners, verifying eligibility, processing rewards, and sending important service messages.

If you become a potential or confirmed winner, we may announce your username, country, rank, record, and reward amount through the Game, our website, or official social media channels.

This may include service providers such as Firebase, Google Cloud, payment processors (PayPal and bank transfer providers), and legal or regulatory authorities when required. We may share necessary information with our identity verification provider (Sumsub) solely for the purpose of conducting KYC checks on potential winners. We may also publicly disclose usernames and competition results (including disqualification at specific verification stages) on our official social media channels as described in the Terms and Conditions.
